Each user logged-in as an Administrator has the right to modify both the administrator template and the operator template, whereas each user logged-in as Operator may only use the operator template but may not modify it. Two separate menu/toolbar templates are then available. Access control mechanism accomplished without the AsAudit module enables each user to log-in as an Administrator or as an Operator only.
